- Non-refundable: All ticket sales are final. Under no circumstances will refunds, cancellations, or exchanges be permitted for any reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or inclement weather.
- One-time entry: Each ticket grants a single, one-time entry to the venue for the specific date printed on the ticket. Re-entry is strictly prohibited; once you exit the venue, your ticket becomes invalid and you cannot return using the same ticket.
- Identity verification: Valid government-issued photo identification matching the name on the ticket may be required at the entrance gate.
- Event changes: The event organizers reserve the right to alter the artist lineup, performance schedule, or venue layout without prior notice and without issuing refunds.
- Right of admission: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any ticket holder who displays inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or fails to comply with venue safety regulations.
